After placing an order, Q-Stores may contact the customer to confirm the order details, product availability, delivery address, phone number, and payment method.

An order is considered confirmed only after Q-Stores verifies the details and confirms the order with the customer.

Delivery Areas

Q-Stores delivers to most areas across Lebanon. Delivery availability may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier coverage, road conditions, and product size.

For some remote areas, delivery time or delivery fees may vary.

Delivery Time

Delivery time may vary depending on the delivery area, product availability, courier schedule, traffic, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Estimated delivery time will be shared with the customer when possible after order confirmation.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees may vary depending on the delivery location, product size, product weight, and courier service.

The final delivery fee will be confirmed with the customer before completing the order.

Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including full name, phone number, complete address, building details, floor number, and any important delivery instructions.

Q-Stores is not responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect address details, unreachable phone numbers, customer unavailability, or refused delivery.

Large or Heavy Items

Some large, heavy, or fragile products may require special delivery arrangements. Additional delivery fees may apply depending on the item size, weight, and delivery location.

The customer will be informed of any special delivery requirements before order confirmation.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect the item upon delivery before accepting it, especially for large, fragile, or electrical products.

If the item appears damaged or there is a visible issue, the customer should contact Q-Stores as soon as possible and provide clear photos or videos.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Q-Stores is not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, road closures, traffic, weather conditions, public holidays, security situations, incorrect customer information, or any event beyond our control.

Returns Related to Delivery

For normal returns, such as changing your mind or ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for the return delivery cost.

In the rare case of a confirmed defective or problematic item, Q-Stores may cover the return or replacement delivery cost according to our Return & Refund Policy.
