At Q-Stores, we want our customers in Lebanon to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is still new, unused, and in its original condition.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the product must be:
- Returned within 14 days from the delivery date
- In new, unused, and resaleable condition
- Not damaged, scratched, broken, installed, or used
- Returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice when available
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, installed, missing parts, or returned without proper packaging may not be accepted.
Return Delivery Fees
If the customer requests a return for personal reasons, such as changing their mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing the product, the customer is responsible for the return delivery fee.
Defective or Problematic Items
In the rare case that an item arrives with a confirmed manufacturing defect, damage, or functional problem, Q-Stores will review the case and may offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
If the issue is confirmed to be from the product and not caused by misuse, Q-Stores will cover the delivery cost for the return or replacement.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer whether the return has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method or another agreed payment method. Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method, bank, or delivery arrangement.
Exchanges
When possible, defective or incorrect items may be exchanged for the same product or a suitable alternative, depending on stock availability.
